摘要介绍了中国Zephroniidae科巨型球千足虫5个新种:Zephronia medogensis Zhao & Liu n. sp, Z. zhouae Zhao & Liu n. sp, Z. hui Liu & Wesener n. sp, Sphaerobelum benqii Liu & Wesener n. sp, S. tujiaphilum Zhao & Liu n. sp，并给出了这5个新种的COI序列，并将其保存在GenBank中。此外，对大部分东南亚球蛛的DNA条形码数据进行了遗传距离研究和分子最大似然分析。
