For this, a quantitative-descriptive research was structured and the database of the II Encuesta Nacional a Docentes (Peruvian Teachers Survey - ENDO) carried out by Ministerio de Educació$n$ (Peruvian Ministry of Education - Minedu) in 2016 was used, the results of which were published in 2018. The sample is conformed by 9823 teachers of public and private schools of all country.
