Under the dual-channel service strategy, a two-stage queuing game model is constructed, the decision-making relationship between offline service and online service of comprehensive hospitals is analyzed, and both the balanced decisions on patient arrival rate and capacity distribution rate are given. 摘要

针对综合医院容量有限、患者等待时间长、偏远地区医疗条件有限等问题,提出了患者选择行为下综合医院线上/线下服务渠道容量最优配置。在双通道服务策略下,构建了两阶段排队博弈模型,分析了综合医院线下服务和线上服务的决策关系,给出了患者到达率和容量分配率的均衡决策。结果表明,当分配率在一定阈值之间时,患者的等待时间大大减少,使综合医院在提高社会福利的同时实现利润最大化;给出了采用双通道服务策略的必要条件;给出了综合医院在不同场景下的最优决策。
