For the purpose of better expressing Agent's requirement and preference, easier dealing with issues inter-dependence and trade-off, this paper analyze fuzzy constraints' significances to e-commerce negotiation detailedly, then proposed a general automated negotiation model based on prioritised fuzzy constraint satisfaction problem (PFCSP), including a formal model description and a new offer evaluation method based on fuzzy constraints' satisfaction degree instead of utility theory. After that, solving PFCSP with genetic algorithm (GA) and developed a negotiation strategy based on constraint relaxation and GA, in which Agents can make concession by gradually relaxing his own fuzzy constraints, and generate the current best counter offer which decreased Agentspsila profit at the minimal extent. 摘要

自动协商是电子商务中的关键问题之一。为了更好地表达Agent的需求和偏好,更容易地处理相互依赖和权衡问题,本文详细分析了模糊约束对电子商务谈判的意义,提出了一种基于优先模糊约束满足问题的通用自动谈判模型(PFCSP),包括一种形式化的模型描述和一种新的基于模糊约束满意度的报价评估方法,而不是基于效用理论。在此基础上,利用遗传算法求解PFCSP,提出了一种基于约束放松和遗传算法的谈判策略,agent通过逐步放松自己的模糊约束做出让步,生成当前最优的还盘,使agent的利润减少到最小。最后,给出了一个协商实例来描述协商过程,并验证了模型和策略的有效性。
