The most important trend is the use of HF and other types electrotechnologies for receiving new different materials. HF and RF power supplies for electrotechnology are described both semiconductor and vacuum tube generators with self exiting. Some different schemes of semiconductor inverters and vacuum tube generators are presented. There are importances of mutual calculation of electrotechnological link and power supply explained. The calculation of period of steady-state analysis of power supplies done without calculation of transient process.
