Then according to the complicated nonlinear integer programming model, a modified version of ant colony optimization (ACO) is proposed to solve it. 摘要

信息系统外包一直是信息系统管理的关键问题之一。各种信息系统外包策略应运而生。尽管关于外包的文章很多,但很少有超出简单的成本和收益分析的讨论。供应商选择是一个既有有形因素又有无形因素的难题。到目前为止,还没有有效的定量决策模型来帮助外包商选择供应商。本文提出了一个同时考虑成本和风险的信息系统外包优化模型,用于信息系统供应商的选择。然后根据复杂的非线性整数规划模型,提出了一种改进的蚁群优化算法。最后通过一个算例的计算结果表明了该模型和算法的有效性和可行性。
