The challenges that have been faced by all the countries in whole world shows that COVID-19 pandemic is a global scale crisis. It gave a huge impact on world socio-economy. In Malaysia, small and medium enterprises (SME) which is one of the biggest contributors in gross domestic product (GDP) are highly affected by this crisis. This is due to the Movement Control Order (MCO) implemented by the government following the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused various industrial sectors to stop business. Therefore, this study was carried out to determine the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic on kiosk entrepreneurs in 1 Borneo shopping complex by using quantitative and observational methods. The result of the study shows that the COVID-19 pandemic has gave an impact on kiosk entrepreneurs due to the lack of customers when the MCO was implemented (min score = 4.64), majority of the sales decreased to below RM3000 per month (min score = 4.54), and daily sales collections also could not reach the required capital (min score = 4.12). 摘要
