Aiming at the problems of large workload, low work efficiency, high repetition rate and high labor cost of the existing stamping machine, a design scheme of foot batch stamping machine is proposed. By combining the knowledge of industrial engineering, such as ergonomics, mechanical design principle, simulation and design, the traditional stamping tools are analyzed, and a model is established to simulate and optimize the stamping machine and simulate batch operation.
