Considering requirement and standard of seafloor cabled observatory network, this article designs control system for OUC-Raman. It's composed of power management module and control module. Power management module ensures electronic character of OUC-Raman instrument node meeting standard of seafloor cabled observatory network, control module enables shore-based terminal to manipulate underwater system. This control system has redundancy structure to ensure its reliability in seafloor environment.
