摘要

随着素质教育的深入,各高校英语教师创新了教学理念,改变了教学模式,在一定程度上提高了大学生的综合能力。然而,素质教育也对大学英语教师提出了新的要求,即转型。大学英语教师角色的重塑,有利于素质教育的进一步发展。笔者结合多年的工作经验,从教育理念、教学能力和教学模式三个方面,具体论述了素质教育下大学英语教师角色重塑的具体路径。
