摘要

根据风电预测误差近似服从正态概率分布的理论,引入了风电预测容错率的概念,得出了储能系统容量与容错率的关系。进一步探讨了储能容量大小与经济成本之间的关系,以及储能系统容量大小与其他影响电网安全稳定因素之间的关系。研究结果可以指导在合理的容错率下配置合适的储能系统容量,从而在一定程度上保证电网的安全稳定和经济性同时得到优化。
