摘要

摘要高速公路自然风险是高速公路运营风险的重要组成部分。然而,由于自然风险的多样性、普遍性、局部性和突发性,高速公路自然风险预测难以预测和控制。本文根据山东省近20年阴雨天气事故百分比数据,采用混沌理论与神经网络相结合的方法,建立了高速公路自然风险损失预测模型。采用该组合方法可以解决高速公路运营风险中风险因素不确定的问题,为高速公路管理和运营部门提供决策参考和数据支持。

Prediction Model of Expressway Natural Risk Loss
