The Internet has difficulty in providing QoS guarantees. Therefore, this paper proposes a controllable network architecture based on SDN[1]. In this architecture, \"Q+ X\" business guarantee mechanism is introduced using the method of resource reservation to provide QoS guarantees for Q business and traditional best-effort service for X business. This paper designs allocation and management module of Q class resource, routing module, flow measurement and monitoring module for Q class business.
