The research is aimed to find out the correlation between: (1) Principals supervision and satisfaction working teachers; (2) effectiveness to work and satisfaction working; satisfaction working teachers (3) Principals supervision and effectiveness to work with satisfaction working teachers. The research method used was survey method. The population was the primary school teachers in territory 2 Jagakarsa, South Jakarta and the sample was chosen random for 100 teachers. The data were taken by using questionnaire and were analyzed statistically by using correlation and regression with the significance level of 0.05. The research findings were drawn as follow: (1) There was positive significance corellation between Principals supervision and satisfaction working teachers with simple regression Ŷ= 27.54 + 0.70X1 and partial correlation ry1.2 = 0.640. (2) There was positive significance corellation between effectiveness to work and satisfaction working; satisfaction working teachers with simple regression Ŷ= 15.60 + 0.81X2 and partial correlation ry1.2 = 0.669. (3) There was positive significance corellation between Principals supervision and effectiveness to work with satisfaction working teachers with double correlation coefficience Ry12= 0.707 and double equation regression Ŷ= 7.548 + 0.359X1+ 0.522X2. 摘要

南雅加达Jagakarsa地区小学教师满意度的关系:校长监督与有效性。本研究旨在找出:(1)校长监督与在职教师满意度的相关关系;(2)工作效能和工作满意度;(3)校长对在职教师工作的监督和有效性。研究方法为调查法。人口是南雅加达Jagakarsa地区的小学教师,样本是随机选择的100名教师。采用问卷调查的方式采集数据,采用相关和回归进行统计学分析,显著性水平为0.05。研究结果表明:(1)校长监督与在职教师满意度存在显著正相关关系,简单回归Ŷ= 27.54 + 0.70X1,偏相关ry1.2 = 0.640。(2)工作效能与工作满意度呈显著正相关;在职教师满意度简单回归Ŷ= 15.60 + 0.81X2,偏相关ry1.2 = 0.669。(3)校长监督与在职教师满意度与工作效能存在显著正相关,双相关系数Ry12= 0.707,双方程回归Ŷ= 7.548 + 0.359X1+ 0.522X2。基于调查结果,校长监督与在职教师满意度工作效能之间存在显著的相关关系。
