摘要

网络视频植入式广告由于其可识别性较低,影响了消费者的知情权,尤其是隐性植入式广告。为了更好地保护消费者的知情权,需要对网络视频植入广告进行识别,并对其可识别性进行合理规范。本文通过对三个典型玩家及其网页网络视频广告投放的观察,借鉴一些专业人士的观点,提出网络视频植入广告的识别标准、识别方法和合理监管。

Reasonable Regulation on Identifiability of Online Video Implantable Advertising
