The factors which can increase the customer loyalty including ease of use, quality of information, and trust. This strategic variables have significant effect on the existence of e-commerce enterprises in the industry, thus makes the companies need to prioritize these variables in decision making process. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effect of ease of use, information quality, and trust on increasing the customer loyalty at blibli.com. The sampling method used was purposive sampling by drawing a sample size of 200 respondents. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). 摘要

印尼科技的快速发展,伴随着公众对科技运用智力的提高,促使电子商务企业进一步增加其业务的复杂性,从而使竞争对手难以模仿,使客户更加忠诚。可以提高客户忠诚度的因素包括易用性、信息质量和信任。这些战略变量对电子商务企业在行业中的存在有显著的影响,使得企业在决策过程中需要对这些变量进行优先排序。因此,本研究旨在分析易用性、信息质量和信任对提高blibli.com客户忠诚度的影响。采用的抽样方法是有目的抽样,抽取200名受访者的样本。使用的分析工具是结构方程模型(SEM)。本研究结果表明,以顾客满意为中介的易用性、信息质量和信任显著提高顾客忠诚度。
