The indicator system is built for evaluating the manufacturing capability of a job shop and an evaluation method is proposed based on the combination of the entropy weight method and the grey relational analysis. 摘要

制造能力作为生产调度决策的关键因素,一直受到学术界和工业界的高度重视。随着定制化和个性化需求的不断增加,现代制造企业需要以低成本、及时、高效的方式制造产品。因此,为了提高企业的生产效率和竞争力,有必要对制造系统进行优化。制造能力的分析与评价对优化生产调度具有极其重要的作用。本文对某作业车间的制造能力进行了研究。建立了作业车间制造能力评价指标体系,提出了基于熵权法和灰色关联分析相结合的作业车间制造能力评价方法。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。
