摘要

为了提高圆锥滚子表面缺陷的检测效率和精度,提出了一种新的圆锥滚子表面缺陷检测方法。首先,设计了一种专用的图像采集装置,解决了滚轮具有高光特性的问题。其次,针对图像灰度值不均匀的问题,提出了一种改进的灰度补偿方法,利用原始图像的协调信息提取图像灰度值;最后,采用直方图聚类方法对缺陷进行分割。实验表明,改进后的灰度补偿方法使图像背景更加平衡,提高了缺陷区域与背景区域的对比度。与Niblack和背景减法算法进行比较,结果表明该方法在时间成本和精度方面具有更好的性能。
