One of the key technologies in the electrostatic precipitator (EP) is a high voltage pulsed power supply, which affects the performance of the overall system. In this study, a high voltage microsecond pulse power supply for an EP is developed for 500 MW coal power plant emission controls. The power supply has a DC and a pulsed source.
