It is substantiated that the orientation of the Ukrainian education system to enter the world educational space determines the tendency to update foreign language education. It is a question of rethinking the purposes, the maintenance, principles and methods of training of a foreign language for the purpose of achievement of personal results of training which promote development of humanitarian culture of the person. The purpose of the study - based on the study of theory and practice of foreign language education to consider the potential of a foreign language in the development of humanitarian culture of the individual. Within the limits of research theoretical methods are used: a method of the analysis and synthesis, a method of the theoretical analysis of scientific literature on a problem of development of humanitarian culture of the person and foreign language education. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, the humanities culture is considered as an integral characteristic of a socially mature personality based on the enrichment of its value-semantic, cognitive, communicative, moral-aesthetic, reflective spheres of personality in the process of its social development. It is established that a foreign language performs communicativepragmatic, cognitive, humanistic and personal-formative functions. It contributes to the development of humanitarian culture of the individual in a set of characteristics such as communication, cognitive independence, artistic and aesthetic receptivity, empathy, social subjectivity based on humanistic values that ensure effective communication and positive self-realization in all spheres of activity. It is generalized that humanitarian culture performs a socializing function, is the main element of involvement of the individual in the conditions and norms of existence in society and the most important component of the process of harmonious social development of the individual. 摘要

这篇文章致力于思考学习外语的过程是学生个人、社会和人文发展的有效手段。事实证明,乌克兰教育体系走向世界教育空间的取向决定了外语教育的更新倾向。这是一个重新思考外语培训的目的、维持、原则和方法的问题,目的是实现促进人的人道主义文化发展的个人培训成果。本研究的目的——在研究外语教育理论与实践的基础上,考虑外语在个人人文文化发展中的潜力。在研究范围内采用的理论方法有:一种是分析综合的方法,一种是科学文献的理论分析方法,一种是人文文化的发展问题和外语教育问题。通过对科学文献的分析,认为人文文化是社会成熟人格的一个整体特征,它在社会发展过程中丰富了人格的价值——语义、认知、交际、道德-审美、反思等领域。外语具有交际、语用、认知、人文和人格塑造等功能。它有助于发展个人的人道主义文化,具有一系列特征,如交流、认知独立性、艺术和审美接受能力、移情、社会主体性,这些特征建立在确保在所有活动领域进行有效交流和积极自我实现的人文价值基础上。概括地说,人道主义文化具有社会功能,是个体参与社会生存条件和规范的主要因素,是个体社会和谐发展过程的最重要组成部分。研究这一问题的前景涉及在广泛的跨学科基础上以一种外语建立教育和方法综合体,发展人道主义科学原则,以一种外语审查现代教育和方法综合体的人道主义潜力。关键词:人文文化,外语,外语教育,人格领域,社会价值素质。
