Currently this technology area is situated in the embryonic stage. Therefore, it is essential to recognize the crucial factors in early stage of industry life cycle which allow firms to increase the rate of survival and the capabilities. Due to the scares resources in young and inexperienced firms, establishing collaborative strategy plays a vital role in supplement such shortcomings. However, as the technological development process has been complicated by converging among heterogeneous technologies, it is difficult to find the potential strategic partners for new entrants. In this study, we suggest the framework to search the technologically suited partners readily and provide detail information to manage relationships among participants.
