The descriptive survey methodology was used. The tool was a questionnaire, distributed to the sample of the study. All school principals and teachers north of the Green Line were selected, so that the total sample (419) principals and teachers, and the results showed that the requirements of the school in the future were met in the future, and that the results showed that the requirements of the school were available in the future.
