Research through questionnaire survey and interviews to collect information and build a network of relationships, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, with the aid of the UCINET social network analysis software to analyze the influence degree of relationship types and corresponding network effects, achieve the visual description of the topological structure on the network. Besides, the research measured the degree based on social network analysis methods, analyzes the net's cohesive subgroups with algorithm of factions and clique. 摘要

面对当前高校毕业生就业难和学习状况不佳的现状,本文试图从社会网络效应、大学生人际网络就业竞争力和学习的角度出发,推动网络探究的结构特征。研究通过问卷调查和访谈收集信息,构建关系网络,采用定性与定量相结合的分析方法,借助UCINET社交网络分析软件,分析关系类型的影响程度和相应的网络效应,实现对网络拓扑结构的可视化描述。此外,本研究基于社会网络分析方法对网络的凝聚力进行了测度,并采用派别和集团的算法对网络的凝聚力进行了分析。研究发现,大学生就业竞争力促进人际网络与学习促进人际网络在关系类型、影响强度和网络节点的影响上基本一致;学校师生关系、校友关系和亲子关系在两类网络中发挥着巨大的作用。
