Evaluation of the efficiency of the use of information and communication systems in higher education institutions
. The presented article is devoted to the problems of using information and communication systems in the management process in higher educational institutions. It is shown that the main task of information and communication systems is to automate the key processes occurring in the university for the effective maintenance of the main activities of this organization. It is noted that the currently used information and communication systems allow solving only individual tasks, since there is no integrated system that would include work with all the processes taking place at the university. It is concluded that the assessment of the use of information and communication systems will determine whether they really affect the effec-tiveness of management in higher education institutions.
