Model Problem Based learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang berbasis pada masalah, digunakan sebagai stimulus yang mendorong siswa untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dalam solusi terhadap sebuah masalah dan mempengaruhi hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Karangan pada muatan pelajaran IPS materi keragaman melalui penggunaan model Problem Based Learning. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 22 siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. PTK dilakukan dalam siklus I dan siklus II yang terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Terdapat peningkatan hasil dari siklus I ke siklus II. Siklus I nilai rata-rata kreativitas siswa sebesar 69,5 dan dilakukan lagi penelitian pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kreativitas siswa sebesar 78,75. Hasil belajar pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 79,2 dan dilakukan lagi penelitian pada pada siklus II nilai rata-rata sebesar 89,6. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi keragaman ekonomi di kelas IV A SDN 1 Karangan Trenggalek.\n \nThe enhancement of creativity and result-based learning on social study used problem based learning model. The diversity matery on social studies delivered conventionally, an innovative learning is needed to improve in order to students not only known the matery but also creativity to build their own knowledge. Problem based learning principles focused on students’ problem, it uses to stimulate for increasing students’s creativity. Promblem solving skill impacts students’ result-based learning. The aims of the research is to know the enhancement of creativity and result based learning used problem based learning model on social study by sixth grade students’ in SDN 1 Karangan. The subject of the research is 22 students. The kind of the research is by doing class action research (PTK), It hold in 2 cycles that contained of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data is collected by interview, observation, test, and documentation. The increasing resut found from the first cycle to second. The average creativity value was found 69,5 percent in the first cycle, and 78,75 in the second cycle. The result based learning found 79,2 percent in the first cycle, and 89,6 in the second cycle. 摘要
