摘要

合理选择电压浸降处理设备,有利于提高用户经济效益,降低用户用电风险,从而大大提高用户周边乃至整个电网的电能质量。为了弥补现有电压跌落治理策略完整性的不足,在对电压跌落处理设备进行经济分析的基础上,考虑用户的经济损失和投资成本,采用粒子群优化,提出了基于年值法的经济效益模型。以DVR和UPS设备为例,选取敏感负载工厂进行案例分析,验证所提模型的适用性。
