摘要

本文的主要目的是实现、分析和比较几种标准的闭环PID整定方法,并开发利用继电器反馈方法对单板加热器系统进行自动整定。在系统辨识方面,采用阶跃测试法求出系统参数。采用广为接受的PID控制器,利用Zeigler Nichol整定法得到的PID控制器参数值来控制系统的温度。在此基础上,采用了基于继电器反馈整定的PID控制器,其主要思想由Amstrom-Hagglund于1984年提出。本文还包括在线性系统SBHS上实现LQR(线性二次型调节器)控制器,通过设定点跟踪来抑制干扰,并对LQR控制器和PID控制器进行了大量的分析和结果。
