摘要

采用小波包自回归谱技术对车辆车轮系统的稳态和非稳态振动信号进行分析,提取专用车辆车轮系统的故障特征,实现对分析对象的故障特征提取。通过分析车轮系统齿轮的配合间隙,识别车辆车轮系统的故障现象,为专用车辆车轮系统的维修提供重要支持。实验表明,该方法能够实现特种车辆设备车轮系统的故障诊断和快速在线检测,为保持设备的完成率提供有力支持。
