摘要

本文研究了利用条纹投影技术测量非镜面物体形状的方法。与云纹投影法使用两个调制光栅不同,本研究仅使用一个调制光栅。所提出的方法在多个对象上进行了测试,结果将在本文的最后显示。为了获得所生成条纹图的调制相位,我们使用了阶跃相移算法和傅里叶变换方法。结果表明,该方法具有较好的精度,误差在0.5%左右。
