ANALISIS KUALITAS MASKER N95 PRODUKSI DALAM NEGERI DI PT. IDS MEDICAL SYSTEMS INDONESIA JAKARTA

This study aims to determine the results of product analysis of the N95 Respirator Plus AKD mask as support for Presidential Instruction No. 2 year 2022. The research used qualitative method. The subjects of this research are 172 employees of PT. IDS Medical Systems Indonesia and customers who have used and visited the Respokare N95 Respirator Plus AKD mask factory. a questionnaire and documentation used as data collection technique. The data analysis technique uses score interpretation and cumulative average index. The results of the research can be summarized as: (1) Steps that have been taken by idsMED in supporting Presidential Instruction No. 2 of 2022, including launching and registering the Respokare N95 Respirator Plus AKD mask product with the E-Catalog, which already has an TKDN of more than 40% and built a factory called IDS Manufacturing Indonesia. (2) The Respokare N95 Respirator Plus mask product has different specifications from other N95 masks, namely it already has TKDN of more than 40%, has 4 layers, is the only mask that already has Virax technology, tested to be effective at 99.9% killing coronavirus and 18 other pathogens, FDA and NIOSH certified, provides 3 sizes (S, M and L), and contains 2% citric acid which can provide comfort for the wearer. (3) The process of making Respokare N95 Respirator Plus AKD masks starts from the Fabric Slitting, Body Forming Process, Head Loap Process, and AKD packing processes. (4) Regarding to development, that idsMED has also planned the next strategic step, namely working with ASKI to launch an anthropometric package or human physical measurement tools, including medical digital flat scales, digital baby scales, infantometers, stadiometers and measuring tapes which will be produced domestically starting from the research and development (RnD) stage, production, packaging, marketing to distribution
