摘要

提出了一种利用法向量检测三维物体间碰撞和干扰的新方法。通过对多面体和曲面实体表面的每个顶点加一个曲面法向量,得到交点,计算法向量的剩余长度,判断两体是否相交。该方法可以检测碰撞干扰,计算装配规划中的碰撞距离和方向距离。在此基础上,为了提高算法效率,避免在检测过程中出现遗漏,采取了相应的措施。
