The discussion from internal and external environments in this paper shows that E-commerce has become necessary as a strategy in business operation. According to the application of E-commerce in function processes of enterprise management, traditional management style and means need to be changed to enhance and upgrade enterprise’s competitiveness and advantage. 摘要

通过对电子商务(electronic commerce)的定义及其发展历史的分析,我们发现电子商务的出现不仅给社会发展带来了巨大的机遇,而且对企业管理的现代化和信息化也起到了巨大的推动作用。本文从企业的内部环境和外部环境两方面进行了探讨,表明电子商务作为企业经营战略的必要性。根据电子商务在企业管理职能过程中的应用,需要改变传统的管理方式和管理手段,增强和提升企业的竞争力和优势。研究结果支持了研究的思路,表明电子商务必须采取战略行动,而不是作为现有制度的附属物。
