This research question is important because it enable us to understand better the antecedent variables on technological innovation capabilities related to the organizational design and its effect on organizational performance. To contrast empirically the theoretical model, a sample of 159 Spanish industrial firms is taken and a structural equations model is tested through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. 摘要

本文基于资源基础观的假设,考虑企业技术创新能力作为中介变量,分析了柔性组织形式与组织绩效之间的关系。这一研究问题的重要意义在于,它使我们能够更好地理解与组织设计相关的技术创新能力的前因变量及其对组织绩效的影响。为了对理论模型进行实证对比,本文以159家西班牙工业企业为样本,通过偏最小二乘(PLS)技术对结构方程模型进行了检验。研究结果表明,企业引入产品和工艺创新的能力作为一种机制,通过中介效应干预柔性组织形式与绩效之间的关系,从而解释了前者对后者的正向作用。
