Moreover, a techo-economic assessment indicator is proposed as a uniform indicator covering all the three assessments. This paper has also proposed four network plans for Tongli ±750 V DC distribution network. The assessment method has found the most techno-economical plan, the ring network, for Tongli Energy Reform Town.
