The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis with WarpPLS. The results shows that intrinsic motivation plays an important role in increasing job satisfaction and OCB. Additionally, job satisfaction is also proven to be able to increase OCB. 摘要

本研究旨在分析内在动机对工作满意度和组织公民行为的影响,以及工作满意度对组织公民行为的影响。本研究旨在分析内在动机透过工作满意度对组织行为的间接影响。这项研究是在巴东摄政区域人民代表理事会秘书处进行的。采用五种量表的问卷调查方式收集数据,对143名合同制员工进行问卷调查。在全面发放前,使用SPSS 20进行数据质量检验,确保问卷有效可靠。收集的数据使用WarpPLS进行描述性和推断性分析。结果表明,内在动机对提高工作满意度和组织公民行为具有重要作用。此外,工作满意度也被证明能够增加组织公民行为。此外,内在动机通过工作满意度间接地对组织公民行为有重要的促进作用。
