摘要

飞机线束的制造以手工为主,已成为飞机发展的瓶颈。为了提高飞机线束的生产效率,通过对飞机线束生产工艺的分析,总结了飞机线束生产的特点。提出了基于网络图的生产过程模型,计算标准周期时间。并考虑了一些不确定因素的影响,对实际生产周期进行了估计。最后,通过改进生产线工艺和调整操作位置,提出了以促进生产线平衡为目标的优化方案。eM-Plant的仿真结果表明,该改进可以有效缩短线束的生产周期。
