摘要

本研究的目的是分析资源优化,以提高西部邦塘区办事处的土地服务面积,并揭示其支持和阻碍因素。本研究采用定性描述方法。采用访谈法、观察法和文献法获取数据,然后采用交互模型对数据进行分析。研究结果表明,在人力资源方面,土地服务区的资源优化包括员工能力和员工激励,而在非人力资源方面,包括工作程序和工作设施,西邦塘区办事处进行了优化,但没有达到最优。
