在中国商业转型和物流外包的背景下,强调了市场导向和协同合作的重要性。市场导向促进了企业绩效,但如何实现市场导向成为企业和研究学者的两难选择。特别是随着市场竞争的加剧、业务转型压力的加大和物流外包的发展,越来越多的企业借助物流公司实现了市场化的目标。基于资源基础理论和协同理论,本文构建了物流协同能力的测度,并提出了物流协同能力在市场导向与绩效关系中的中介作用的概念框架。
