TYPOLOGY AS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEANS OF KNOWING THE HISTORICAL PROCESS OF THE STATE DEVELOPMENT

В статье приводится анализ таких средств познания исторического развития государства, как классификация и типологизация. Автор рассматривает классификацию государства по типам посредством типологизации государств как метод познания исторического процесса развития государства и права, отражая историческую неизбежность смены одного типа государства другим. При этом, автором делается акцент на том, что типология является более широким понятием, чем классификация. The article provides an analysis of such means of knowing the historical development of the state as classification and typology. The author considers the classification of the state by types through the typologization of states as a method of cognition of the historical process of the state and law development. Such an analysis reflects the historical inevitability of the replacement of one type of state by another. At the same time, the author emphasizes that typology is a broader concept than classification.
