摘要

大数据时代的政府需要更安全的基础设施、信息存储和数据应用。因此,安全威胁将成为制约电子政务发展的瓶颈。本文基于电子政务层次模型,重点研究了大数据时代电子政务系统面临的人为影响、网络技术缺陷和管理缺陷等信息安全威胁。在此基础上,提出了完善电子政务信息安全体系的三种解决方案。首先,加强政府信息管理部门的信息安全意识,改进网络技术;二是做好信息加密工作,确保信息的保密性和身份认证;第三,通过内外网隔离,统一规划电子政务信息管理,实行严格的信息管理。
