This research uses Factor Analysis and AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method as a method to find out all factors which influence most towards logistics performance and how to reduce those logistics costs at Cikarang Dry Port. Factor Analysis result starting from 14 elements into 8 elements which divided into 3 factors such as transportation, administration and inventory costs. The weight of loading and unloading costs is 0.24709, the weight of container costs is 0.20384 and the weighting of stacking fees is 0.14429. 摘要

本研究的目的是发现和分析在西卡朗陆港的轮辐系统的物流成本效率,提供港口包括物流服务的物流公司和供应链,因此它将有助于减少物流成本和停留时间在丹戎不碌港。本研究以因子分析法和层次分析法为方法,找出影响赤卡朗陆港物流绩效的所有因素,以及如何降低这些因素的物流成本。因子分析结果从14个要素开始分为8个要素,又分为运输成本、管理成本和库存成本3个要素。其中装卸费权重为0.24709,集装箱费权重为0.20384,堆垛费权重为0.14429。因此,从影响赤卡朗干港物流成本的因素和要素中得到AHP结果,其中影响最大的是F1(装卸成本)、F6(海关服务费)、F8(代理服务成本)、F2(商检服务成本)、F4(堆垛费)、F12(有待提高的服务质量)、F3(集装箱运价)、F5(装卸人工费)。
