The low loss phase shifters are the important element for this array antenna system which used to control the direction of main-beam. This paper reports the design of a beam steering array antenna system at THz. First, a graphene-based switch and switched line phase shifter has been designed to operate at THz. Then a beam steering phase array antenna is designed. Beam Steering THz Antenna Array using Graphene-based Phase Shifter
Beam-steering antennas are mainly used in radio communication systems.
