With the current conditions, most of the education in Indonesia is still dominated by the online education model. Therefore, to support the implementation of education and improve the quality of education, information and communication technology must be utilized optimally. One of the utilization of information and communication technology in education is the emergence of the concept of e-learning which affects the transformation of traditional education into a digital format. This is inseparable from Rukun Tetangga (RT) 002/02 Tegal Parang District, South Jakarta, where the current pandemic conditions force him to carry out teaching and learning activities online (online) and his knowledge of the application of several programs to cell phones or laptops.
