摘要

基于横向信号交互原理、三线耦合器和DGS方法,设计了一种紧凑型宽带微带滤波器。该滤波器在-15 dB的S11级实现了从2GHz到6GHz的宽带,3dB的宽带覆盖范围从1.6GHz到7GHz,插入损耗为0.3dB,具有高带外抑制的优点,滤波器的整体尺寸仅为10*20*0.5mm3。
