And Japan is one of the most cooperative to ASEAN providing training programs and technical cooperation on information and communication technology (ICT), health and welfare. Moreover, in Japan ICT has become the main key to be an engine for economic growth and innovation to support aging society. This research focuses on the research of cooperation framework to introduce ICT innovation from Japan which can apply to the aging society of ASEAN.
