摘要

本文致力于利用SPICE软件对LED灯进行建模,并考虑热现象。提出了LED模块和电源组成部分的电热模型。所述灯的详细模型使得计算表征灯的性质的光学和电学量以及此类灯的组件的内部温度成为可能。通过对所选LED灯具类型的实验验证了所建立模型的正确性。计算结果与实测结果吻合较好。
