This paper builds a coupling model of electric circuit and magnetic circuit considering nonlinearity of ferromagnetic materials and iron core topology. The distribution and variation of magnetic field and eddy current loss of single phase three-legged transformer are researched. The results show that the amplitudes of magnetic field and eddy current loss in the central leg are greater than those in two side legs without DC, and they grow nonlinearly as DC enlarges. 摘要

为了分析交/直流条件下单相三脚变压器的局部过热问题,研究了变压器铁芯内的瞬态磁场和涡流损耗。考虑铁磁材料的非线性和铁芯拓扑结构,建立了电路与磁路的耦合模型。研究了单相三足变压器的磁场分布和变化规律及涡流损耗。结果表明:中心支腿的磁场幅值和涡流损耗大于两侧支腿,且随直流电的增大呈非线性增长;中心支腿的磁场幅值增长快于两侧支腿的磁场幅值增长,而两侧支腿的涡流损耗幅值增长快于中心支腿。
