The UCMG “FTN-NS“ proposal is based on the application of distributed generator technologies that represent 2 photovoltaic (PV) power plants, 1 wind power plant, 1 combined heat and power plant, a technology of distributed energy storage systems that represents a battery energy storage system, devices for connection, operation and control of the microgrid, and electricity consumers. The CBA calculates the technical and ecological parameters of the case study UCMG ”FTN-NS” taking into account 5 different scenarios in terms of changing economic conditions and factors. 摘要

本文介绍了在诺维萨德技术科学学院(FTN NS)建设和规划的基于不同类型分布式能源(DESs)的大学校园微电网(UCMG)提案的合理性的成本效益分析(CBA)。UCMG“FTN-NS”提案基于分布式发电机技术的应用,分布式发电机技术代表了2个光伏发电厂、1个风力发电厂、1个热电联产电厂,分布式储能系统技术代表了电池储能系统、微电网连接、运行和控制设备以及电力消费者。CBA计算个案研究UCMG“FTN-NS”的技术及生态参数,并考虑到经济状况及因素的五种不同情况。为了验证UCMG提案实施的合理性,验证不同DESs应用的科学技术方面,并获得尽可能多的CBA分析,对塞尔维亚共和国可再生能源(RES)的潜力进行了处理,分析和提出,技术条件和技术建议连接小电厂到主配电网。以及刺激各种可再生能源发电的经济机制。
