摘要

本文研究了机车车辆系统的预防性维修调度和备件问题。在满足系统目标可用性的前提下,确定了机车车辆系统部件的最优维修间隔和最优备件数量,使系统生命周期成本最小化。通过仿真估算了系统可用性和系统生命周期成本。采用遗传算法和模拟退火算法求解各部件的最优维修间隔和最优备件数量。并对数值算例进行了研究。
