Knowledge graphs were widely used in the medical field because they can make full use of massive medical resources and change the backward way of traditional manual data processing. This paper proposed a method to extract ontology information from a large amount of meta-analysis literature to construct a know-ledge graph of stroke. Specific implementation steps as follows:(1) Meta-analysis literature related to stroke were obtained from the knowledge database;(2) Pre-processing was performed on the obtained documents, including data collection, de-duplication, information completion, and disambiguation;(3) The relevant al-gorithms for constructing the graph were given.
