Knowledge graphs were widely used in the medical field because they can make full use of massive medical resources and change the backward way of traditional manual data processing. This paper proposed a method to extract ontology information from a large amount of meta-analysis literature to construct a know-ledge graph of stroke. Specific implementation steps as follows:(1) Meta-analysis literature related to stroke were obtained from the knowledge database;(2) Pre-processing was performed on the obtained documents, including data collection, de-duplication, information completion, and disambiguation;(3) The relevant al-gorithms for constructing the graph were given. 摘要

近年来,医疗信息化已成为医疗行业发展中不可或缺的一个环节。知识图谱由于能够充分利用海量的医疗资源,改变传统手工数据处理的落后方式,在医学领域得到了广泛的应用。本文提出了一种从大量元分析文献中提取本体信息,构建脑卒中知识图谱的方法。具体实现步骤如下:(1)从知识库中获取与中风相关的meta分析文献;(2)对获取的文献进行预处理,包括数据收集、去重复、信息补全、消歧义;(3)给出图的相关构造算法。该知识图谱的构建可以在很大程度上实现脑卒中医疗资源的互联和共享,为指导脑卒中患者的康复和护理提供便利。
